4. Rental Terms & Conditions

• Rental Periods: Equipment can be rented on an hourly, half-day, daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Lawn and garden equipment require a minimum rental of 2 hours. Most equipment has a 4-hour minimum rental.
• Late Returns: Additional charges may apply for equipment returned beyond the agreed rental period.
• Damage & Liability: Renters are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Customers may be charged for repairs or replacements.

5. Payments & Pricing

• Pricing is determined based on rental duration and equipment type.
• Payments must be made prior to or at the time of rental.
• We accept credit cards and other forms of payment as listed on our website.
• Taxes and additional fees may apply.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental period to receive a full refund.
• No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
